CC Rubber has its own in-house compression presses for producing rubber moulded parts in moulds in various compounds. Various qualities are possible, such as:
- Natural rubber
- SBR rubber
- Silicone
- EPDM
- Oil resistant rubber (nitrile)
- Neoprene
- Hypalon
- Viton®
The above qualities can be vulcanized on metal carriers (steel, stainless steel etc.) In addition, various hardnesses are possible ranging from very soft +/- 30° Shore to 85° Shore for the harder qualities.
CC Rubber also has various frame moulds that can be used to vulcanize thick blocks in different grades that can then be cut to size according to your needs. This is very interesting for the purpose of saving on mould costs out and also for obtaining special dimensions in terms of thickness.
